Apply for a LeRoy Community Library Card

Applications for a library card can be done in person, at the library during open hours, or online by filling out the form below and submitting it. We will respond within a few days, with your card number. If you need your card number immediately, phone or text us (231-768-4493) and we will expediate the process.
